Reliable electronic components provide a clear, bright night vision image for the device. It can be worn on an optional trigger bracket or a universal helmet bracket for hands-free use. It can also be equipped with high-performance long-distance infrared supplementary lamp and some optional magnification lenses for medium and long-distance observation. 

One CR123 or AA battery can be used. Night vision equipment is equipped with the built-in short-range infrared lighting and low power indicators (displayed in the eyepiece).
